Welcome to the Most Holy Redeemer Discipleship Award Program! The purpose of the Discipleship Award Program is to help the young people of Most Holy Redeemer learn, explore and experience our Catholic faith in a way that leads them to a greater understanding of and a deep, lifelong commitment to our faith. It is the goal of this program to give our children opportunities to engage in activities that draw them closer to God and to recognize them for their efforts.
The activities in the program are based on the Four Pillars of the the Catholic Church: 1) What We Believe; 2) How We Worship; 3) How We Live; and 4) How We Pray. The program has been developed by grade levels from Kindergarten through the Eighth grade. The due dates and instructions are listed on the worksheets.
As parents, you are the principal and first educators of your children (CCC 1653). Enjoy this Faith journey with your children.
A special thank you to Mrs. Kelly Kearney and Mrs Sarah Williford for allowing us to adapt their award program for our parish.. And thank you to Ms. Joanna Santana for helping with the adaptations.
